Returns

Olivia Marie will accept requests to return unworn merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt, however the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.

This policy excludes customized orders and commissioned pieces, which are never refundable or exchangeable.

If, for any reason, you would like to return your purchase, please contact Olivia Marie for a Return Authorization Form.

  • Fill out your return authorization form and include it in the package in which you send back your purchase.
  • Please indicate whether you would prefer an exchange for store credit or a refund.

Pieces that are dirty, scratched, or otherwise display visible signs of wear are not considered to be in original condition and will not be refunded or accepted for exchange. Olivia Marie Handcrafted Adornment reserves the right to determine whether or not a piece is returnable. 

Olivia cannot be held responsible for customers' shipping damages or loss and therefore highly encourages customers to both insure and request a tracking number for pieces mailed back to her for exchanges or refunds.

Exchanges will be issued in the form of store credit that can be used toward any item(s) for sale on oliviamarie.com. Store credits do not expire.

  • Any tax applied to your original purchase will be included in the value of your store credit.
  • Original shipping costs will not be included in the value of your store credit, and you will not be reimbursed for your shipping expenses to return the merchandise.

Refunds will be issued in the amount of each returned item to the card on which the purchase was made. Please keep in mind that it can take 5-10 business days for funds to repost into your account depending on the bank you use. 

  • Any tax applied to your original purchase will be included in a refund.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded and the buyer will not be reimbursed for their shipping costs to return an item.*

*In the rare event that your item arrives damaged due to a postal accident en route to you, notify sales@oliviamarie.com immediately. In this case you will be fully refunded for shipping, and issued a prepaid return shipping label for you to send the item back.
